1. There are 3 types of subscription tiers for your choice (1-month/ 1-year/ lifetime). Your subscription tier will determine how long you can use the program to download movies and TV shows from Prime Video.
2. To ensure the service, your monthly or annual plan will be auto-renew after 1 month or 1 year. If you don't need it anymore, you can cancel the renewal subscription service before the renewal date.

Q: There are three options for video quality (High/Medium/Low) in the settings window, enabling you to download videos with different output quality according to your devices. To download HD videos, please make sure your computer supports playing HDCP-enabled content, otherwise, you can only download videos with low or medium quality.
Please click here and then tap on "Get HDCP Status" to check whether your device supports HDCP-enabled content or not. If you get "HDCP is available for ..", it means that your computer is able to get HD videos from Amazon Prime Video.
Please click on the video's title on Kigo Amazon Video Downloader, the video will be automatically opened in a pop-up browser, then please check if the video can be played normally in the web browser. If it is a paid video, please purchase the video firstly.
If the video cannot be played, please try to switch to a different country/region in the Settings window.
Sometimes if the login expires, it will also appear 8001. Please try to click "settings"> log out and search the videos again. It will notice you to login again when searching.
Another situation that can also cause 8001. When you frequent search or batch download, the Amazon website will block the connection.
Here recommend you can try to use only the link search method, the search frequency will be reduced a bit.
If you have tried all the above but still get error 8001, please open "Menu >> Open Log File" to find "Error" Folder and the latest log files to the support team via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please check if your computer is HDCP supported. How to check? please refer to Q7 on this page. If HDCP is not available on your device, you can only download Prime Video titles in Low quality.
If you get "HDCP is available for 1.4", it means that your computer is able to get 720p videos from Amazon Prime Video.
If you get "HDCP is available for 2.2", it means that your computer is able to get 1080p videos from Amazon Prime Video.
If it supports HDCP but still gets Failed - 25, please send all details of the problem and the latest log files to the support team via email email@example.com.
It may be caused by the unstable internet or download time-out. Please try to download the videos again when the network is stable.
First of all, please make sure the video you want to download can be played normally on the web browser of Amazon Prime Video.
